The following terms apply to tictoctimer.com (the "Site"). Acceptance is implied by use, so if they are not acceptable to you, please stop using the Site.

TicTocTimer does one thing — as a countdown timer it counts down to any event in days, hours, minutes and seconds, with a fullscreen mode, a shareable link and presets for occasions like New Year and Christmas. It computes the difference between the target instant and the current time on each tick, using the device clock, so the countdown stays accurate across time zones and daylight-saving changes. What follows concerns only that tool and the inputs involved in it.

Practically, all the calculation needs is the event date you set. Typical reasons people open TicTocTimer include a classroom timer shown fullscreen, and in every case the work happens on the visitor's own device rather than ours.

The service we provide

TicTocTimer offers a countdown timer, free to use, together with supporting explanations. Every result is an estimate computed from what you supply, following the method set out on the page itself.
